- The commission meets on the 3rd Tuesday of each month
- Meetings begin at 4:30 and unless otherwise noticed, will be in the Board Room
at the Main Library. - Currently, Commissioners may join the meeting via WebEx but must have both
audio and a camera and have it on to be counted as in attendance.

Commissioners will receive a WebEx meeting invitation. The Friday prior to the scheduled meeting a meeting packet will be sent to commissioners that includes an agenda, monthly statistical report, and additional information as needed.
Commissioners are asked to please review the packet prior to the meeting as print copies will not be available.
